Shipping Policy
1. DELIVERY ZONE
We currently ship exclusively within the island of Tenerife (Canary Islands).
We do not ship to other islands, mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries/territories.
2. ORDER PREPARATION
Once payment has been confirmed, the order is normally prepared within 24-48 working hours.
3. DELIVERY AND DEADLINES
Delivery is made by courier/postal service.
The estimated delivery time in Tenerife is 1-3 working days from the time the order is placed.
Deadlines are approximate and may vary during periods of high demand, logistical incidents or force majeure.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you finalise your order.
In the case of specific free shipping promotions, this will be expressly indicated in the online shop.
5. FOLLOW-UP AND DELIVERY
When the order is shipped, the customer will be able to receive tracking information (if provided by the carrier).
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct and complete.
6. DELIVERY INCIDENTS
If the order arrives with visible damage to the packaging, it is recommended:
- Report the incident at the time of delivery (if possible) and
- Contact info@burbujascanarias.es as soon as possible, attaching photos/videos of the packaging and the product.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESS / ABSENCE
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incomplete/incorrect address or repeated absence of the addressee, the costs of reshipment may be borne by the customer.
