💧 Gasifying machines
Do you need electricity?
No. Our machines run on CO₂ gas cylinders, without the need for a plug.
Does it work with cold water or weather water?
Best with very cold water (4-8 °C) for optimal gasification.
How is the machine cleaned?
Wipe the housing with a damp cloth and clean the rack with warm soapy water. Do not use a dishwasher on the body of the machine.
Can I adjust the gas level?
Yes, with one, two or three short presses depending on whether you prefer more or less bubbles.
Why does the machine gas little?
Check that the cylinder is properly installed and that there is enough gas in it. Use very cold water and be sure to press the gas button hard for 1-2 seconds.
If the result is still weak, the cylinder may be almost empty or the water may not be cold enough.
In this case, replace the cylinder with a full one and repeat the process: you will notice a more intense and constant gassing.
How long does a CO₂ canister last?
The duration depends on the amount of gas you use.
On average, a 425 g canister can gasify between 50 and 60 litres of water, equivalent to about 60 bottles.
When you notice that the gas level drops, simply replace the cylinder with a full one.
How do I know if the cylinder is empty?
If the gasification button is already pressed when the you don't hear the sound of gas or the bubbles are very faint, it is a sign that the cylinder is almost empty.
You can weigh it to confirm this: an empty canister weighs about 750-800 g, while full weighs about 1.1-1.2 kg.

Do you do spare parts?
Yes, we exchange empty cylinders for full ones at our collaborating points or with home delivery in the Canary Islands.
Can I use other brands of cylinders?
Yes, you can use other brands of CO₂ canisters as long as they have the same safety features as the original ones.
The cylinder must be food grade (CO₂ food grade E290) and have the same type of standard thread TR21-4 used in Burbujas Canarias machines.
Using compatible and certified cylinders guarantees safe operation and optimal gasification.
How does Almaceno Las Bombonas store?
Always keep them in an upright position, in a place cool and ventilated, away from sources of heat or direct light.
Never leave them in the car or in the sun.

Are they dishwasher safe?
No, wash them by hand with warm water and soap.
Do they have an expiry date?
Yes, they must replace every 24 months, o formerly if you notice that the bottle is deformed, cracked or with visible wear and tear.
Can I gasify other liquids?
Only water. Add flavours afterwards to protect the machine and maintain the warranty.
What do I do if the bottle becomes deformed or opaque?
Stop using it immediately and replace it with a new one.
The material may have lost its safety properties.
Can they be stored in the refrigerator?
Yes, you can store them in the refrigerator, but don't freeze them. Extreme low temperatures can deform or crack them.
Are they compatible with other machines?
Yes, they are compatible with most gasifiers. standard threaded, We recommend always checking the setting before use.

Deliveries in the Canary Islands usually take between 24 and 72 working hours, depending on the island and product availability.

In most cases, free shipping on orders over 50 €..
What happens if I am not at home when the order arrives?
The delivery person will attempt a second delivery free of charge.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 calendar days after receipt, provided that the product has not been used.

What is the warranty on the products?
All our products have a 2-year warranty, in accordance with European standards.
The warranty covers manufacturing or operational defects.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, falls, blows or mishandling of the product.
It also does not cover natural wear of parts such as gaskets or covers.
How do I request a refund or exchange?
Contact us by WhatsApp or email indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you step-by-step instructions on how to manage it easily.
How long do I have to return a product?
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to return or exchange a product, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Who covers the return costs?
If the product has a defect or error in the shipment, we bear the costs.
In case of voluntary returns (due to change of mind, etc.), the shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
