RETURN, REFUND AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This policy applies to purchases made on burbujascanarias.es by consumers (B2C). For purchases made by professionals/companies (B2B) specific conditions may apply.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 CALENDAR DAYS)
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify the reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an email to info@burbujascanarias.es indicating:
- order number,
- name and surname,
- product(s) to be returned,
- contact telephone number.
4. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING RETURNS
For the return due to withdrawal to be accepted:
- The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused beyond a reasonable check.
- It must include all its accessories, manuals, parts and components.
- It must be returned properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.
If the product shows signs of use, damage, missing parts or arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, a proportional depreciation may be applied to the amount to be reimbursed (or the return may be refused if the condition prevents its safe resale).
5. SPECIAL HEALTH AND SAFETY CONDITIONS
5.1. Food grade CO₂ cylinders (reusable/refillable)
For security, traceability and pressure reasons:
- Returns will only be accepted if the cylinder is returned with no signs of use, no dents/dings, no damage and no signs of tampering with the valve or safety features.
- If the cylinder has been used, tampered with or damaged, the return may be refused or depreciation may be applied, for safety reasons.
5.2. Reusable bottles (food-grade)
Bottles are considered to be products for food use. To be returned, they must be unused and in perfect condition, with all their components (caps/seals, etc.). If use or missing parts are detected, depreciation may be applied or the return may be refused for reasons of hygiene and safety.

6. TIME LIMITS AND REFUND PROCEDURE
Once the decision to withdraw has been communicated, the customer must send the products within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.

We recommend shipping with tracking number. The customer is responsible for the product until it is received.
7. RETURN COSTS
- Withdrawal (change of mind): return costs are to be borne by the customer.
- Defective product, preparation error or transport damage: Burbujas Canarias will assume the costs and will manage replacement or refund, as appropriate.
8. REFUNDS
After receiving and checking the returned goods:
- The amount paid for returned products will be refunded.
- The refund will be made by the same payment method used for the purchase.
The reimbursement will be made within 14 calendar days at the latest from the date on which we were informed of the withdrawal decision. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until the customer provides proof of return.
9. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If the order arrives damaged or the product is defective:
- Contact info@burbujascanarias.es indicating order number and attaching photos/videos.
- We will tell you the procedure for replacement or refund.
10. HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN (STEP BY STEP)
1) Write to info@burbujascanarias.es with order number and reason (withdrawal / defect / damage).
2) We confirm your return instructions.
3) Send the package with secure packaging and tracking number.
4) After overhaul, refund or replacement as appropriate.
